The knafeh is sublime. Not the industrial orange color business you’re used to, and without the obligatory pistachios, it is the real deal, based on kadaif noodles from nazareth which you buy here and prepare at home. You can ask for the turkish version ( with ice cream on top) or vegan, but the best way to have it is with some arabic coffee. Nothing fancy, just a couple of plastic tables and chairs in a little parking spot.
