Thieves. I made a cash deposit in the ATM in the building and it ate all my rent money! I called and they said it happens all the time, I spoke to many people in the management. They did nothing and assured I would get my money back. I’m still waiting. They take advantage of young international students who don’t speak Hebrew like me. If you are international don’t go here, they will take advantage of you. Ganavim!!!

I agree with all negative comments. I wanted to open a bank account with Leumi but dealing with unprofessional staff made it impossible. In particular I would suggest to avoid Avi who seems to be nice and helpful and invites you to get in touch with him via e-mail but then NEVER replies to his e-mails. I will make an official complaint with this branch manager.
Worst bank ever. Do not open an account here. Bad service, hard to get in touch with them and bad staff. Do your self a favor, never go here
If you have the chance to not open a bank account there, avoid the headache. Since you don’t need their service, they can be considerate a good bank. And first and most important thing, they will open an account to outsiders but they don’t speak english. They will lie to you about their services just to delay the problem, seems nobody know what they are doing, nothing is organized - including the services, sometimes there is just one person that makes a specific service and if she/he is not there, you just wasted your time, the workers in this bank don’t have knowledge about how the bank system works, they and their managers will yell on you and blame you for a mistake they made and will charge you taxes for this. Avoid stress and headache, don’t waste your time with Leumi.
