The staff is very argumentative with the customers before me, which was very unprofessional. Only one staff member can speak English, and she is rarely there. I only wanted an oil change and they claim it would take 4 hours and over 1000 shekels. They refused to do my oil change unless they could do a safety inspection, which is absolutely unnecessary on my Jeep. I inquired about ordering additional OEM parts for my 2019 Jeep and they told me they don't do that here. This place is an embarrassment to Jeep. I would rather drive to Tel Aviv or Jerusalem for service.
