Excellent coordination service! On point, very attentive, precise and professional. Update: at the end of the wrapping process, the two-men team asked for an absolutely unexpected tip. It was both disturbing--not a word was mentioned ahead about this practice--and embarrassing, as just by chance I managed to get some cash for them. In addition, a few weeks later, while unpacking, I noticed that some articles were very poorly wrapped, some tossed one on the other in disarray, and a few have indeed broken. The packing team had even neatly wrapped a broken glass (it was not broken before the wrapping) without notifying me.
