If there were a way to give less stars I would. Two packages sent to me from the USA as Express Mail (to be delivered within 5-7 days) have been sitting in Customs and not handled by EMS Center in any way that could be called "service." First they demand one paper then another then another then more. When everything but my blood type has been sent in multiple ways and multiple times I get ZERO reply from them. And the packages are still AWOL. I try calling and I'm 16th in line. after waiting an hour I make it to 7th when they disconnect my call and I have to start over. Service? This is THE WORST SERVICE IN ISRAEL ....and that my friends is saying a lot since no one here thinks service is important.

Scam artists. They'll charge you more than the VAT of the item as commission. They'll never pick up the phone. And when they receive a package, sometimes they just wont tell you for months, only to give you an update that they've shipped the item back to its destination country. How this "business" is allowed to continue to function here is beyond me
Disgusting company. They don't want to hear you. People who working there are unfriendly, and not helpful. Just thieves, and shame of our country. I am recommend to avoid to use them.
Horrible service. I paid for four business days delivery to US, the envelope has not arrived yet, the tracking shows only that it left Israel, and the customer service people treat me as if I am bothering them each time I am asking what is going on. This is the first and the last time I am using EMS.
Worst company ever trust me you will never receive your package ... Worst customer service ever take them years to answer ur call plus they dont talk nice to u....

6 ימים כבר עברו וחבילה שאמורה להמסר תוך יומיים שלושה עדיין לא נמסרה אין עדכון ואין מענה בשירות לקוחות. לא להתקרב בקיצור
Не рекомендую пользоваться услугами EMS. Обещали что посылка дойдет в США за 3-5 рабочих дней. Две недели - о посылке ни слуху не духу. Мало того, что не доставили вовремя, так еще и пролюбили посылку. Теперь говорят: по международным правилам, проверка займёт 45 дней. Вот такие вот пироги с котятами...
