We rent a car with 2 on 4 wheels half empty and the plastic protection below totally destroyed. We tried to reach them 1h after we took the car and they did not call back. I had to fix myself everything because we did not have other choices than to use the vehicle. When we gave back the vehicle, the employees and the director told us that it was almost our fault and that thanks god Nothing happened so we should be happy! No need to do a big story! When I began being upset because of their answers they threatened me to call the police. I sat down and said that I wait for them to show them the vehicule and suddenly the guy stopped. Everything is on camera, I don't lie. Incredible! We were so disgusted that we just paid the amount they asked for and obvisously with no apologies nor reduction and we left. Fo sure we will not rent again in this branch.

So this place has bad cars that work ok for extremely cheap prices. Also you can't drive their car on Shabbat but you also dont pay for Shabbat! So if you're staying somewhere for the weekend it's a lot cheaper. All in all a great deal.

Criminals!!! Do not go anywhere near this place!!! They are huge THIEVES!!! Very poor quality cars and they will try to make you pay for their broken, beat up, old cars. They are not a car rental place more like a law office, trying to sue and make claims against their poor customers. Save yourself and the headache afterwards, pay a little more and get a newer car, honest service and peace of mind. Go to Cal Auto or a well-known company. Eeeeekkkksa!
They have good prices, and the staff are very nice. But they are a bit disorganized, and the car lot is a 5 minute walk away, and hard to find on your first time. The regular (not commercial) vehicles they have are just the leftovers from their fleet, so they're old, beat up, and the selection is small.
