I stayed here in March 2021. I cancelled the rest of my reservation during my stay. I decided at the beginning that I would take a lower end hotel as I was not planning on staying in the hotel much anyway. On booking.com it had 8 stars, I’m not sure how. The staff are really nice, that’s the only good thing about the hotel. I was not allowed to access the pool deck, I wanted to eat breakfast in the sun. I did not feel safe in the location having to walk back at night. The noise from The hallways and other rooms were so loud. I could hear in my room someone showering from across the hall. I would never stay here again even if all I really need is a bed to sleep, I didn’t sleep.

Mediocre at best. The pool was maybe a meter deep, the whole roof was just too low (i'm 1.8 meters tall and i could touch the roof with my head), the bath didn't have lights, so we had to shower in darkness, and to top it all off, a group of teens came in at 4 am and woke us all up (and of course the staff didn't do anything about it) I definitely won't come back here again.
I was in the motel in February 2020. I like staff hospitality, cleaning of the motel. The motel is placed near lots of cafes/ shops and restaurants. Central bus station is across the road. For that cost it’s absolutely lovely motel!
How to start... Back in February I had the unfortunate experience of staying at this accommodation. With my family and little daughter. The room we stayed was like a basement.. With bad smell, the most little window facing the pavement of the dirty Street.. Plus we even had little friends making us company (picture) This is a major not recommended place to stay. You can find better.
This is a great place to stay. Fantastic location when you are traveling to/from the central bus station, just couple of minutes from there - walking distance. There are free tea/coffee facilities in the lobby. The receptionist is a really nice and helpful person. The only drawback is the unpleasant smell in some parts of the lobby area.
For 100USD we got a room next to the check in desk so we could hear everything loud and clear. The wall is dirty and has mildew right next to the bed. In the bathroom the condition are even worst, toilet flash didn't work well and the mirror is broken and dirty. Staff isn't helpful at all after our complains. WORST AND LAST OPTION IN EILAT
For the location and costs, it is a nice apartment especially for the family. The staff is extremely friendly and then tried to be wheelchair friendly until you go up the actual floors where you have steps to walk down the moment the lift opens.
