We enjoyed dining here. The salmon sushi combination was wonderful. The service was great and we even got a fuccacha on the house. Prices are reasonable. The restaurant is shared with Olla. They are kosher, so it's closed on Friday.
Terrible service. Terrible accommodations. Walked in with a party of 15 people and wouldn't accommodate requests to change a simple dish. I would understand if this was a high class restaurant but it wasn't. Definitely don't recommend the restaurant to anyone. Stay far away unless you want frozen fish.
Despite of the bad and awful reviews, we decided to try out the restaurant. It was not easy to find , but we didn't give up, the place itself is not so pretty , old decoration and very not welcoming, but we insisted to stay anyway. And than the sushi arrived and it was AMAZING. So if only the technical things like atmosphere and nevigation would be solved , it will be the best Sushi place ever!!!
Someone should put this place out of its misery. A group of 4 went for dinner last night. We were seated in Isabella's companion restaurant, Olla. They say it is Spanish but the menu is Italian? Anyway, every sushi item I ordered was not available ... I was concerned about the freshness of the fish, so I ordered a hamburger. I needn't have worried. My companions ordered the combination sushi platters. There is no way this sushi was made on site. It's doubtful it was made that day. There were some kind of sushi finger sandwich triangles and sushi rolls with crusty outsides? They even managed to screw up (a polite euphamism) my hamburger. 72 nis (20 USD!) Served with a cold center (from frozen?) on a stale bun. There was a tomato slice, an onion ring (not slice), and wilted lettuce. I made my own sauce with wasabi and mayonaise Stay away and let nature take it's course.
