Sagie is an extremely skillful and professional guide for free diving. His teaching provides the necessary combination of physiology, safety and technical set of skills required to start freediving. His passion to the field is apparent and contagious and you are sure to have a lot fun during this unique learning experience.

When it comes to free diving equalization, Sagi is the local master. After years of wrong practices, Sagi unveiled to me the equalization mechanics like no one ever did. Highly recommended!

Finished freediving course with Sagi! For 3 days he taught me to dive 20 meters and spend time there! Sagi clearly explained the theory and then gave a friendly instruction in the water. I liked the quality of the equipment very much, especially the warm suits, into which almost no water penetrates. In addition to theory, we learned about partnerships, water safety and diving techniques, and figured out how to properly practice in the future! I recommend! P.S. And I'm serious, it's him in the photo.

I took a freediving course last week and could do everything...except equalize, which, practically speaking, meant I couldn't dive (I could only descend head-up, and even then to only about 9 meters max). My instructor (Israeli champion Alon Rivkind) sent me directly to Sagi. I worked with Sagi intensively for a week. He went far out of his way to accommodate me, and when he saw I was really serious about learning, went even further. I honestly thought it might be impossible for me to equalize. Sagi has a tried and true method - truly a method - that separates out each individual element of equalization, practices working with, and differentiating between, all of the relevant muscles, and finally putting them all back together to make the magic happen. In addition to making everything clear, Sagi is an excellent clinician -- he identified what was going wrong and where at every point in my training, and had a remarkable array of tools and techniques for taking me baby-step by baby-step. When I couldn't do something, he would find another path (or tell me to keep practicing :)). At the end of the day, all I can say is, if you just follow the steps and practice, you can equalize. After 5 days of working with Sagi, I finally equalized on dry land. The next day, I did it head-down to 8 meters under water, and the day after down to 11 meters. I look forward to coming back and going deeper. My heartfelt thanks to Sagi for making it possible for me to dive. He refuses to be called the master, as his teacher - Andrea - who developed the techniques, Sagi calls the "master." So I will suffice in calling him the Sorcerer's Apprentice. He truly is a wizard. Thank you again.

Last weekend we had a great time diving (freely ) in the red sea. Sagi and Ofer are such amazing guides, and gave personal attention to each of us. During the 3-days course you don't only get to dive deep and long (3 mins under the water on the first day!!), but also get a skill for life - breath awareness. Sagi delivers the breathing lesson in a really unique way using . We have a really great time, and we will come back fir sure. Free diving is such a fun (even for experienced scuba-divers), and with Sagi and Ofer is even better

This course was amazing! Me and my friend went through a three days free diving course with Sagi. Not only that it was so much fun, Sagi also made sure to give us the tools and techniques to keep ourselves safe when we continue diving in the future. I definitely recommend to go through his course he is a very talented diver!!! Thank you Sagi for all the fun and knowledge!
