I stay for 4 month in this beautiful apartment. It has a great view to the sea and is equipped with everything what is needed. Specially for a foreign with a very good Internet connection. Ziona is a very nice and kind full host. If possible she will help with everything. I really enjoyed the time.

Very bad experience from this apartment. Rooms were not clean, very noisy from the road and no available parking in the street. Edit: I stayed at the upper level apartment.
The house is wonderful, has magnificent views and is located near the beach and the town center. It was immaculately clean. The Ziona, owner of the house, is an incredible person who does everything for guests. Isabel Alexandre
We were guests in one of the apartments of Eshkol Housing last week (March 2017). The apartment in Mapu st. is amazingly located, very central yet quite, spacious, clean, well equipped and very pleasant. It even had private parking just by the door step. Ziona, the manager, is extremely responsive and provides pleasant and effective service. Highly recommended!
I loved the villa we rented. It is beautifully decorated, spacious, and just so comfortable. It had 5 bedrooms (2 with ensuite) so there was plenty of room for my family. Instead of going out for dinner every night, we often brought it take out and had a family meal which was really nice. The views of the Med Sea are fabulous as is the backyard garden. Ziona took superb care of us. She went above and beyond. The only negative is that you have to walk down about 25 stairs to get to the villa and my parents found it difficult to get up them at the beginning of each day. Besides that, it exceeded my expectations.
This is the third time we stay at an Eshkol Housing appartment. The first two times we were at the center of the Carmel, and now on mapu street. Both places are neat and clean, well maintained and very comfortable. Ziona is very responsive, and always in a good vibe. Will recommend staying in those apartments to my friends.
I spent one month there, and it was really great time. The flats are very comfortable! they are clean and very well equipped. Thanks for Ziona help I was living in two of her apartments. and for everyone who has to work on Technion, and who need fast access to the shop or who like from time to time drink some delicious coffee close to flat (highly recommend Mandarin Restaurant - delicious coffee and big one cost only 10 ILS) the Carmel localization is more than perfect. Whole Ziona team is very nice and helpful. Ziona is doing everything to make your stay nice and comfortable. She helps me with shopping at the very beginning and welcomes me with delicious cake! If you want to feel like at home definitely rent this flat.
Our family had a great time at Villa Eshkol. Landlady Ziona went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and accommodate requests. The spaceous house is located at a beautiful place. Equipment functioned well. Haifa is a very interesting city, multicultural, tolerant and relaxed. It offers plenty of interesting places both in the city and at relatively short distances. Most noteworthy was our visit to Beth She'arim where the great sages of Mishnaic times were buried. In short, when we plan to go North, Haifa and Villa Eskol are at the top of our list.
