Here I buy the best coffee beans that I always make for myself. Also one of the few places for decent ice cream experience. Nice cafe, good sushi, a store to buy board games for Shabat, amazon pick up point, high quality meat, fruit shop, pizza hut (kosher), bakery, etc.

A very pleasant semi-outdoor shopping mall. The corridors are actually not enclosed, just covered for shade, and the air conditioning from all the stores spills out into the corridor, so even in the summer it's comfortable. My only complaint is that the corridors are choked with little stands and the restaurants' outdoor seating.
