My favorite Zaatar! Every time I come visit my hometown, Haifa, I come to stack up Zaatar from here (that I used in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, and the USA). If kept sealed and in dry/dark place, it can last for a long time.
this isnt just a little place- okay there is really almost no space inside- it is a museum of taste. This black coffee which he simply offers you- is addictive. Combine this with the green sweet roll (which name i forgot again) and then you cant resist- every time we visit, we buy a lot. Dont mistake it as a coffee place like starbucks (which isnt a real coffe place either), this is were coffee is grounded and served- you taste the work form the field, you enjoy a piece of its history
