The owner was mean and disgusting. I bought a collar for my puppy, and the same day it broke (the plastic clips). I went to talk to the owner who said that he has no warranty on what he described as cheap products. I told him that I bought it there after the seller suggested that I get it, but he would not hear anything. I just wanted a new collar and he would not give me one. The way he talked and behaved was disgusting and horrible. I would suggest to stay away *This Part was added after the owners response: The fact you don't remember the case does not mean it didn't happen. I have no interest in inventing such details. I am sorry if these words offend you, but that is what I felt and I don't think you can argue with my feelings. It was a simple dog collar, the type does not matter. You might not say that answer a lot, but you said it to me. Your wordings were: \What do you expect from such a cheap product\? I agree that price and quality have a correlation however keeping a products that breaks in one hour is not something that is acceptable. \You don't know how I used it\??? Are you serious? I walked my 3 month old puppy. That is what I did with it. You are embarrassing yourself with that answer. You did not tell me to talk to customer support, but you got all defensive and started accusing me that I did something wrong and that it's somehow my fault that I bought a \cheap\ collar from your inventory. It's not a lie, it's exactly what happened, and if you don't remember what happened how can you say for sure that the owner didn't yell? I also tell everybody to go to a professional store, reliable, with a lot of inventory and good prices - but it's NOT you. I hope that instead of blaming and trying to tell people that they are mean you will learn from your past mistakes and provide a better service.

Nice place, wide range of products and lovely survice.
Super unfriendly owner. Handles his clients with disrespect, and after getting bad reviews he replies with excuses and blames. You can see here many reviews like mine so it is not the only occasion. Will avoid this place and you should too. For owner - instead of wasting your time on blaming back your clients in google review you should spend more time on your communication skills. It will worth it eventually for your business and people will have better experience with services. Currently you really suck at this)
Great place for the pets and for the people. Very nice service and very helpful staff.
The service is lacking, unfriendly, and yelled at my wife for asking help and guidance in the dog food isle .Not cool and for a- 30% overpriced shop its also unprofessional . Won't buy there again.
