No wheelchair-accessible entrance
Very easy to cross to the other side of Haifa. It costs money of course. מעבר לשני צדדים של חיפה (כניסה צפונית ודרומית) המעבר בתשלום.

Good mostly for those who need to pass the entire length of the tunnels. Someone like me who exits in the middle (near the Grand Kenyon mall) doesn't save more than a minute or two but pays a high toll..
Quick pass under the city to continue South to Tel Aviv or North. Fast easy to navigate through.
Expensive if just to save a little time. Think twice before entering.
Expansive but totally worth it during rush hours.
Saves time and great for the environment!
