The place is located in Herzelia and not in Tel Aviv. It's a 10 min drive. Only boat dives. Diving gear was in good condition. Nice dive sites we had a dive to the Galoz wreck and to the caves.

Friendly staff, very helpful. This place doesn't do tours, it was able to point me in right direction.
You will find the dive center in the Marine. But it is not customer friendly.
I cant find the spot. So after two ours i give up.
