The workers don't really care about the actual expiriance, maximum to get the sale credit. Advice you to arrive for fitting and check options to order online.

If I could rate no stars I would. I have never experienced such bad customer service. Sales team Is rude - especially GAL. They lie about having shoes in stock - remove them from the display but then take them out and sell them to other customers. I have never been denied shopping in a store that sells product. This is not the Nike experience I’m used to on the USA. Upper management should really take a good look at who they are hiring and how they are representing this company and treating their customers.

We have been there this noon. Lots of staff - no service. Only one sales person was permitted to manage the cashier. Besides that, a typical Nike store, with only one model from any kind of product. As a member they don't give you information about your balance - only one person on the cashier, you have to wait 24 minutes for that. They have a lot to learn from the pros abroad.

What a disgusting shopping experience. The staff is super annoying, Clinging to you like chewing gum to a shoe. When I left the fitting room he checked my bag to see if I Haven’t stole anything even if he was handing me every item. If that’s not enough, when we exit the shop another guy asked if I “forgot anything in my bag”. After this shop you need a vomit bag

Nike Dizengoff Center, there is no staff! You wonder like a lost fly in the store and there is nobody to help, I asked the cashier why, it was the second time I was trying to find someone to help - she said they are everywhere, there are plenty of them, then I asked her everywhere where? I don't see a soul in this shop and then she started shouting at me, telling me she did not like the way I spoke to her - I left her speaking to helself and will never come back. That is why buying online outside of Israel is so pleasant and cheaper!

JUST DON’T DO IT. Worst retail experience in Israel. Their range of sizes in shoes is limited. They will not order your size, unless you pay the full prize. So while you have now paid 200 for a pair of shoes, they’ll take a full 14 business days (almost 3 calendar weeks) to get the shoes to the shop. Shop-floor service is unprofessional and unpleasant. In general, the staff is incompetent, both professionally and both Shay the store manager and her deputy Gilad, have zero understanding of customer service.
