Amazing store! Several positive points: 1st point: English games in Israel! Almost impossible to find, but over here, not only do they have them, but they have a huge selection. That leads into my second point: I called around 45 minutes before closing (coronavirus lockdown), not knowing exactly what to buy, due to the hugevariety, only knowing that I needed a few board games (lockdown after all). The seller was very friendly, and stayed on the phone with me for half an hour, helping me choose games, giving recommendations and explaining what the games were about, all while working according to my budget. Due to the fact that the purchase went through only 15 minutes before the weekend, the delivery only went out afterwards (it was on Tuesday because Yom Kippur was on Monday and the store was closed on Sunday). I was told that it would arrive by Monday of the week after, but the games had arrived already by the Wednesday after delivery (1 day after shipping). Thirdly, among the games that I bought was one second hand game, and it was in perfect condition (they explicitly do NOT guarantee that!). Next time I get board games, I will almost definitely go here, partially due to the fact that it's the only place that I know about which has English games, but also because of their great service.
