1868 is \the\ best gourmet Kosher meat restaurant in Jerusalem. Food is made to the highest standards, every little detail in place and Service is excellent. We love this place and have been going there repeatedly saving it only for the best of occasions. Although it's pricey it's most certainly worth it.

The food was excellent but the service and presentation weren't at the same level. We arrive 15 min prior to our reservation, our table was empty waiting for us but the guy at the entrance made us wait for the precise reservation's time. First time in my life that I've been treated this way, it shouldn't be in a restaurant calling itself luxurious. The food was very tasty and precise, we loved each bite. But badly, the service wasn't so good. We had 3 different waiters for our table instead of 1 as it should be, other tables which ordered after us got served before us. Furthermore in the kitchen, an effort on the presentation could be made, it'd bring the food to perfection.
This restaurant offers extremely delicious and classy food. The food is presented gorgeously, the setting is intimate and the staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the food and the menu. Guaranteed for a good time over here. 5/5
The beat restaurant in Israel hand down Food service and ambiance are all amazing and its consistency is predictable. Yankee Turjeman is an amazing chef that constantly changes the menu and provides innovative tastings.

My husband and I love this place and come all the time. It’s classy and quiet. Best happy hour from 6-7 in the back at the mixology bar.
