Got the job done. But some of the staff there were rude and not helpful at all. I made an appoinment and when I get there they told me I do not have one.... I approached the person Leora who made my appointment she said its all good dint worry and do not speak to the staff. A little wierd overall. I think they need to polish up their act. Otherwise got the new protected windows up .... although it took time to get the final permit and then getting an appointment with them took 3 or 4 weeks!!!!
Great service and a good reflection
I only had one experience with this place, but is was the most pleasant surprise. When my regular garage could not re-affiix my rear view mirror to the windshield "because they don't do that," they mentioned this place as one of several I could try on Rechov HaRechavim in Talpiyot. That was on a Friday morning, with precious little time to get to Jerusalem. As I drove up just 15 minutes before closing time, they waved me in and asked what I needed. I pointed to the dangling mirror. They told me to park the car and wait a minute. 10 minutes later, they told me I could go. I asked what I owed them and they said again: "You can go." When I looked at the owner incredulously, he said "That's service. Shabbat shalom." Shabbat shalom, indeed. They did a super job, by the way. Wishing them nothing but success.
