I own a rental property in the city and my last tenants left it in such a mess I thought I would have to completely replace the carpets. I thought I would try a professional cleaner first to see if maybe one room was salvageable. To my surprise, every single room, even the ones I thought were a total loss, are usable again. The carpets don't look brand new, but they're very close. I would recommend these guys if you're searching for a good deal on professional cleaning.
