Whilst studying for the tour guide course exam I was fortunate to find Danny's on-line guiding clips. They were fantastic and helped me remember and visualize the sites he presented. A great resource and a wonderful guide. Thank you!

My husband and I are avid travelers and have enlisted the services of many, many guides. Danny the Digger is, by far, the best guide we have ever had. His experience as an archeologist lends far more credibility than your traditional guide. His sense of humor and uncanny ability to sense what is important to you really add to the experience. The restaurants he chooses are amazing. Another huge benefit, everyone knows him which allows him to maximize your time in each location.

Thank you to Danny for providing resources for tour guides in training like me. Danny has clearly spent hours organizing the website with resources and previous Ministry of Tourism exams. Not every tour guide would be keen to be assisting their future competition which makes an even more noteworthy project.

Danny was very knowledgeable with all historic sites and well versed with the Bible. We were never rushed and Danny always offered different options during the day. Each location we stopped at was accompanied by a in depth detailed presentation by Danny. We will definitely share our awesome experience with our friends !

We just completed a four-day private tour with Danny The Digger, and we can’t recommend him enough! I found Danny on The Watchman on TBN (you can see videos on YouTube), and liked the presentation of the material. One internet search later, I found his website and his contact info. I got in touch with him and we started planning. He quickly presented options for what we were interested in experiencing in Israel and we booked our tour weeks in advanced. Once the time came, Danny took care of us from beginning to end. He picked us up in his comfy SUV and drove us around Tel-aviv, Ceaserea, Akko, Haifa, Tiberias, Caperneum, Golan Heights, Jerusalem, and everywhere in between! He shared biblical details and geo-political history, plus shared some of the best cuisine around with us. You can surely visit these sites for less, but if you want a care-free experience, Danny The Digger is your man

Archaeologists have magic eyes. When ordinary tourists see an ancient ruin, they see a pile of stones; when archaeologists see the ruin they see a thriving city, with its inhabitants going about their various activities. Danny turned stone piles into living communities for us to understand and appreciate. We learned from him how the community got there, what it contributed to our world, and what ultimately happened to it. No matter how well you know Israel, you will see it with new eyes after a tour with Danny the Digger!

Danny was highly recommended by a family friend that spent 3 days with him during a past trip. We were very fortunate in contacting him far enough in advance to schedule a single day tour of Jerusalem with Danny. It was beyond anything we could have anticipated. Danny was willing to let us pick him up on the way to Jerusalem, which provided us time to learn about the history of Israel, the past and current challenges the country has faced, and the storied road between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. Once in Jerusalem, Danny's knowledge of all of the religions, architecture, and historical events, was very comprehensive. His archaeologist background added a depth of knowledge that I feel is unrivaled based on listening in on many of the other tour guides. He was able to share the historical context for the sites, as well as discuss the evidence and data to validate and provide context for some of the most important religious sites and events in history. We had a family member needing special assistance, including the use of a wheel chair for many parts of the our. Danny was patient, helpful, and was very focused on making sure we had the best experience possible. The only thing that could have made our time with Danny any better is had we booked far enough in advance to secure several additional days with him. I highly recommend Danny and will be spending more time with him in the future! Thank you Danny from Lois, Melanie, and Allen!
