A must-do in Jerusalem! I booked this cooking class for myself, my friend and her family (there were six of us). We met Yael, who took us on a cultural/historical/culinary tour of Mehane Yehuda market. We got to sample food from the local stores, then made our purchases for the cooking class. Yael and her husband were so welcoming, and cooking in their home felt ight at home\. We learned how to make shakshuka, hummus, falafels, grilled eggplant, tabbouleh, and bourekitas. We also thoroughly enjoyed our lunch (the food we learned how to cook) with Yael and her husband, as they gave us so much authentic perspective on life in Israel.
