The package was delivered at 23:30 pm on December 3rd, when the receiver, a girl who was having a Birthday on the December 5th was already asleep. I asked to deliver the gift on the 5th, but it didn't happen. A bit frustrating experience because of the poor service, though the chocolates were very tasty and beautifully presented. I hope, the service will be improved, so people could feel safe that their gifts will be in the right place at the right time.
