Reviewing the breakfast alone - it is somewhat basic but for the price it is actually one of the better breakfast values in Jerusalem. If you visit any cafe you're going to be running up a bill of 80 NIS plus per person for a decent breakfast, and that is factoring in just one drink. Given the buffet nature here you can get a great breakfast at Tryp and unlimited coffee/drinks for a better than typical price. And there are many options to keep everyone happy even if the options aren't necessarily extravagant. Everything is very fresh and the service is good too. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a good value Jerusalem breakfast.

We stayed here from September 27th to the 29th. My diamond status with Wyndham was not acknowledged and no upgrade was offered. I was also given wrong information at Check-in that free breakfast was not included. This was after confirming with the hotel beforehand that it was included, and the book in the room, says breakfast is included free for all guests. Room is on the - very - small side. Bathroom has a door that does not close fully and does not have a lock. Also the top portion of the door is fully glass and see through. Did not appreciate that part of the design. Otherwise room was mostly clean and modern. Location is decent, about 15 minutes from the Shuk and about 15 minutes to the old city.

I would give this hotel 0 stars if I could. This is my third night in this hotel. On arrival, my door was not locked. The room was tiny and dirty. There was a party with loud music and drinking on a rooftop below my window that went on all night. My room filled with cigarette smoke smell even though this is a non-smoking hotel. The next night, the party started again by 4 PM, so I asked to move. My next room was quieter but when I went up to get my belongings the door wouldn’t open. I made 6 trips and spent 2 hours trying to get into my old room to get my belongings. Then I turned on the water and it was yellow and there was no hot water. Tonight is my last night here and there is a loud wedding and cigarette smoke smell again in my room! The staff is of no help despite numerous phone calls. The food is mediocre and repetitive at best. Housekeeping just makes your bed. They do not clean the bathroom. I would NOT recommend staying here!
Very good stay, on every possible level. Unique and modern design, stunning views from our room (76), very generous and delicious breakfast, friendly staff, free coffee. And free access to the rooftop!
Had a pleasant stay at the TRYP hotel with a very quick and friendly service despite of our late and spontaneous arrival. The breakfast was good enough to keep us in the dining room for over an hour. Fresh coffe (not only instand) and egg specialities were served.
