Very busy and full of action. From early in the morning till late in the night it's always full. You can find here all kinds of people, chasidim, Yirushalmey's with kaftans and much more. They have a bunch of prayer rooms with minyanim always going on. Just the building is very old and not maintained, it does not sound like they ever clean it, but no one sounds to be bothered by this...
