We were traveling from California to celebrate my son's bar mitzvah when two days before the ceremony he popped a bracket on his braces. We called many orthodontists without luck. Dr. Sadovsky called us back within 5 minutes and we didn't even leave a message for a return call...unbelievable. Told us to arrive in 1 hour and he would work us into their busy schedule. After a short wait my son was seen by the doctor and 5 minutes later, problem fixed, with a blessing and the most incredible thing...no charge! Dr Sadowsky recommended a Bicon implant to replace my cracked bicuspid tooth. The entire process went beautifully, from start to finish - I just had my 4-month post-implantation checkup, and it is perfect. The implant feels, functions, appears, and fits right in with the teeth I was born with. I switched over to Dr Sadowsky after using Clalit's dental services for many years, and I am very glad I did. I highly recommend Dr Sadowsky, both for implants and other dental services - he is gentle, thorough, and never in a rush.

As you are aware I am a somewhat nervous patient, exacerbated by particularly unpleasant childhood memories of dental treatment which resulted in me avoiding the dentist altogether for a number of years. However since coming to your dental clinic I have always found you and your team to go out of your way to make the experience as stress free as possible for me. In respect of the recent crown replacement, I was so impressed that you took the time and effort to talk me though the process and explain each step in detail coupled with follow up telephone calls from the receptionist to ensure all was okay.
