This is a good place for a quick bite of a decent salad at a reasonable price. The management has swapped rules for creating salads which can be a little confusing. As it stands, you should be allowed to add anything you want to your salad with the only limitation being on hard-boiled eggs, tuna, or Bulgarian cheese (choice of one). The staff is in a constant state of turnover. This actually makes it convenient for someone like me that visits a couple times a week for my lunch break. I have at least one other co-worker that regularly eats here.
Fresh, researched-based healthy, DELICIOUS vegetables, nut and grain toppings with your choice of techina and other poured dressings and spices. I seem to always tweak differently, so the tastes are always different. Vegetables are low-calorie, but the quantity will more than fill you up and satisfy you. Eat there one week and you'll have to tighten your belt so your pants don't fall down. Their huge salads keep me light, keep my mind clear, yet drives away my cravings. Members get every 10th salad for free. The eating area has an open section as well as 2 enclosed, but transparent sections. Oh, and the workers are generous, really stuffing your favourite goodies inside their container. They also have delivery. My only surprise is there's only one branch in Jerusalem. They do have one competitor on Jaffa with nice indoor seating, but they did NOT taste nearly as good. Very central location on or just of Hillel Street. I love not having to compromise! They were 35 NIS per salad, but they raised both the price and the size. They also have healthy hot soups.

They have make your own salad for 35nis. Very nice sized salad that will fill you up. They also have pasta with sauces and whatnot i think whole wheat pasta too (if it really makes it healthier...). Soups... Only in the winter. I hope the winter will come eventually. They have a salad pasta combo. Drinks fridge. I literally saw someone get a salad with a coke. Some healthy rolls to go with salad for 3nis. Nice indoor and outdoor seating on the picturesque Hillel street (are there really drug dealers there?).
