TL;DR: Brought phone in for screen replacement. Took 2 weeks longer, and cost 50-100 NIS more than original quote. Also told me they'd be open when they weren't. Don't use them. It's a headache at every turn. I brought my phone in for a screen replacement. I bought the replacement screen separately and wanted just the replacement. When I first brought the phone in I was told it would take about a week and cost 200-250 NIS. Fair price. Fast forward a week, I haven't heard from them yet so I give them a call. They tell me it'll be ready early in the next week, it wasn't. Finally, 3 weeks after I originally brought my phone in, I get a phone call on a Tuesday that it's ready for pickup and it's going to cost 300 NIS, not 200-250 like I was originally quoted. They told me that they close at 1 that day and they're closed on Wednesday. I told them I can't make it in time and specifically asked if they're opened on Thursday to which they responded that they are. Great, I thought, so I'll go in on Thursday and pick up my phone. Wrong! I walk 40 minutes on Thursday to pick up my phone, and guess what? They're closed! I finally have my phone back now and I'll admit they did a quality job, but it was not worth the horrible customer service experience. Not only did it take 2 weeks longer than they estimated, they also told me they'd be opened when they weren't and charged 50-100 NIS more than they quoted.
