Very inefficient and totally without professionalism and polish. They don't seem to know what they are doing and move very slowly. Instead of calling to the applicant by name they instruct those in line to pass the completed card back to the applicant. You are lucky to get your own card rather than someone else's. On arrival one girl is eating and gossiping while clients are waiting in line. The existence of this sub-office in place if the main one on Yaffo should be made clear at every station. We walked from king George to Binyan Clal only to be given phone numbers which eventually resulted in our walk back to King George again to the sub office. It seems that the customer service concept is absent here. S.W.

Very helpful personnel. This is a small office, but they work efficiently and the wait is not long.

Upsetting service. Went in hoping for customer service relating to the Rav Kav card issue I had, first we get yelled at for not waiting outside the store and opening the door, second the lady at the desk refers me to another number saying that the issue I have (with my rav kav card) is related to the machine I used not their company. I called the number and it was the wrong one, I came back in and explained that they gave me the wrong number to call and I didn’t even get eye contact, let alone an answer. I am so appalled, no further assistance all I got was a stank face and no help what so ever.

Disgraceful service ! Rude staff, who were unhelpful and unfriendly. When asked if I could put 30 shekels onto a rav kav the one lady shrugged and told me she doesn’t have change for a 50 and told me to go and get change ! Don’t ever go there for help, they don’t care about customer service and are useless with no regard for customer service.
