I started to go to Princes Spa, around a year ago. I like the place, it is cute and peaceful very nice decorated. I had waxing by Sarah and it was ok, not the best but ok. Then I tried pedicure, I had the best pedicure ever by a girl working there Odelia that unfortunately is not there anymore. On that day, my appointment arranged by Shara was fixed at 10AM but when I arrived the girl in the counter didn't have a clue, that delayed all the waxing and pedi... Other day I booked Manicure and pedicure, they contacted me to tell me that the girl was sick and couldn't not come. They tried to find another person but without success :( so next day I had to attend a wedding without mani and pedicure. I tried again, since I really like the cozy atmosphere, i did waxing with a new girl (average to not good), pedi and mani done by Sarah. Sarah did a great job in term of taking care of the feet and nails.. The salon has a great equipment and she used all of the tools. The problem is that when she put the nail polish, she doesn't wait to have the first layer dry. So in just few hours the anil polishing in feet and hands deform. That is very disappointing. When Odelia did my feet, the nail polishing for my pedicure lasted for a month in perfect condition. Nevertheless, my nails haven't been ever so healthy, so the problem is the nail polish application. I agree with the review from Yonit Agron, in my case I arrive on time, the last tiime at 4PM and I had my treatment at 4 45!!! I also had to wait in other occasions but not 45 minutes. i seems that the customer moved while the treatment and something very bad happened... Sarah is stressed. I wish her good luck, the place has potential with proper organization and professionalism.

Great massage, friendly service, big swimming pool. No jacuzzi though, regular showers, small facility, poor relaxing hall

יצא לי להיות בכמה וכמה מכוני ספא - אבל אף מקום לא משתווה לפריננסס ספא בירושלים. החל מהשירות, הטיפול המקצועי, המקום הנקי ועד המחיר המשתלם. קיבלתי עיסוי באמת מקצועי ברמה גבוהה ובניגוד למקומות אחרים - שאמנם קיבלתי מסאז' מפנק, פה הרגיש לי שהטיפול הוא מקצועי יותר הכולל גם לחיצות \בנקודות הכואבות\, מה שגרם להרגשת שחרור אחרת לגמרי לאחר מכן. ממליצה בחום! ואין לי ספק שאחזור לשם
