The facility itself is as welcoming as its trainer. Pavel shows great professionalism and has created a positive, comfortable environment for all who come to train. Being new at this sport with no prior experience whatsoever, Pavel’s training and guidance of the body- and mind- has helped me make great gains. His immediate feedback and encouragement are an asset, and he knows just exactly how far to push your limits.

Professional, goal oriented, smart and down to earth. The right person whether you're a pro with decades of experience or wherever you're completely out of shape and just want to dip your toe in the water. Pavel is 100% professional and yet the kindest and most attentive coach I had. He'll make sure to get you to your end goal, but doesn't forget to be a person. The studio is also great and has everything you'll need (including parking!). I wish this man all the business that he can get cause he truly deserves it!

פאבל מדריך מעולה. באימון יש דגש על טכניקות ברמה גבוהה ועל בניית ביטחון עצמי, תמיד יש אווירה חיובית ובסוף תחושת סיפוק מאימון משמעותי. ממליץ מאוד למי שרוצה להיכנס לכושר בצורה כיפית.
