This is the best pet shop that I have ever seen. Every clerk there are nice ,very patient, and also they can speak English! They help me to find the good products for my cat and dog. It’s the best pet shop to go!

I ordered several kinds of doggy beds for my three dogs. The service person was extremely helpful and sent photos to clarify information, measured the beds and gave me all the details I needed. The order arrived within a day in excellent condition and we were very happy with products (ferplast cloth beds and ferplast hard plastic beds).
