I relocated from London back to Israel. The quality of service i received from Keren was outstanding. She was always available, professional, warm, emphatic and understanding. 3 months have passed and the shipment did not arrive. there is very little reply from the company or their agents in Toronto. they were not cheap, but we chose to pay a higher price to make sure things will be done quickly. the result was extremely disappointing - maybe they are good for big companies, but if you are doing this as a private individual - I do not recommend
Average service, they know how to claim money right away, but if you need to receive money back it takes them long time before they pay back.
Poor service, starting With lots of our stuff left behind due to very bad packing or to the company’s opinion wrong estimate of volume done by then obviously. I have moved belongings overseas 3 times before and never saw such bad unprofessional packaging resolting not only in slot of furniture left behind but also a lot of damage to goods due to reckless location of items . Worst of all is that company have done nothing to compensate for our loss of stuff or damage and further have ignored us endlessly. Stay away , unprofessional, rude with no service awareness what so ever.
