It is near the Motskin zoo but there is enough parking place for all the visitors. The theatre hall is modern and nice. Also, nearby there is a children's playground, so you can visit it after the show/concert

Watched Hairspray the musical, and sat at row 10. Great view, standard seats, with not too much leg room. Overall, love that theater and the productions it brings.

Nice relatively new theater. In opposite to the other theaters in Haifa area it has a decent parking lot capable to accept all the visitors.
Comfortable sits. Clean area and plenty of parking. Didn't try the food.
