They are great! I had good experience with them and prices are great to the country. The only con here is the place himself.... I wish ksp would take care of the place... Because there is some mess in the room and it's not really clean..... Really messy..... Except that everything is great in my opinion the people and the products are great

The worst customer service experience. A few of the stuff I payed for when I was in store weren’t in stoke. I got a text saying my order is here. Normally, when you order something in advance, you SHOULDN'T wait in line. Not only did I wait in line, I waited for a 45 minutes, even though I said I’m just here for a pick up. Words can’t explain this customer experience. This is beyond outrageous!!! If I didn’t pay in advance I would simply LEAVE. I’d recommend to pay the extra dollar for a better, fair service in another store and will pass forward this message.
