There are some bad reviews here but I had the opposite experience: booked online, came to the airport and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Got the results by mail and text message and printed them easily. Minus one star since I think tests should be free like in France, South Korea and other countries.

It went very quickly. Booked online. When I arrived at the airport there wasn't many people waiting. It took literally only one minute at the airport for the test. Cherry on the cake: I booked a slow test and received the result less than 4 hours later. Very efficient service.

Phone assistance in making appointment is wicked bad. The woman hung up on us when the scheduling time was full for a flight that was 2 weeks out. She gave us no options and just hung up. Lovely customer service (SARCASTIC)

After many attempts of three family members, I am sorry to say : there is No possibility to book an appointment in advance. No customer service phone service! An the line creates a crowd doesn’t feel very COVID safe. ממש שירות גרוע.

An absolute mess at the drive in and terminal 3 kiosk. People stand on top of one another while waiting and there's no order. Additionally, they don't separate the lines for people that scheduled appointments in advance, so be prepared to wait needlessly in line for 30 minutes. You'll also have to pay for parking if doing the test at the kiosk. Finally, I've been waiting well over 3 weeks for credit on appointments that I canceled. The customer service representatives aren't able to help and they don't answer emails. Charge back seems to be the only solution so make sure to pay with a credit card.
