Before 8 month (April) I ordered masks for myself and my family to protect us from the virus. We used the DHL-“express” service, which is supposed to take 2-7 days for neighboring countries and 20 days(max) for countries with long distance. And guess what..? Right! They haven't still delivered us the parcel, even after we paid the product tax, around 1700 500 I’m not talking abt another expenses like the product, service, etc :( Unfortunately, one part of our delivery (almost 2500 masks) is in the middle of nowhere and DHL workers behave unprofessionally, refuse to help and do not communicate as expected with the client. We are disappointed and do not recommend all of you, guys, to use their service. Don't repeat our mistakes: save your money, time, nerves and health! STAY SAFE

very bad service, Israelian people are so cinical. I pay for shipment and the servis center doesnot see that I pay it, they held the package until I do not calm them.
Really bad service, bad attitude of the workers, expensive and unnecessary. Dont go even close to dhl. The poorest experience of shipping I have ever had.
DHL -israel 1. too many misinformation' we are wating for a small parcel.for six days 2. twice we wrote to logistics V.P Mr Biton ,there is a promise,that turns on after we sent the complaint. " we will be back in a few hours /they never even dream of unswering 3. Not even once , had someone from DHL ,initiated a call to us 4. six days of promises and commitments' none ! was kept unbelievable
