A small place to with a giant heart ,full of good people and positive vibes. Love every minute i train there (even when i suffer haha).

הבית השני, בעצם הראשון שלי! קהילה מדהימה ותומכת.. מאמנים מקצועיים שלא מוותרים על טיפה של עבודה קשה.. הזכירו לי כמה ספורט יכול צריך להיות פשוט כיף! ויש מקלחת לאימוני בוקר לפני העבודה!
בית לכושר, אימון של שעה שווה ל3 שעות בחדר כושר "רגיל" צוות מקצועי וקשוב שיודע לבנות תוכניות אימון לכל מתאמן בכל רמה. מומלץ למי שרוצה להיות במקס' כושר במינימום זמן.
