Stay far away. Their customer service is horrible. We ordered a table and 8 chairs. The chairs came with a few marks, but the table came with two significant dents in them - one with a piece of aluminum sticking out that was sharp. I identified it right away, and the delivery guy said they would come back to fix it. I messaged customer service to be certain, and they came back the following week. By "fix" they meant take a rusty exacto knife (razor blade) and scratch away at the dent. Then they took a spray paint that was "exactly the same color, trust me" and sprayed over the whole area. What did that leave us with? a table with graffiti over a small dent - mismatched paint. I messaged their customer service several times with pictures, etc - they said someone would be in touch, that someone would come check it, etc. Nothing. I gave them a second, third, fourth, fifth chance to make it right. I hoped they would do the right thing. Too bad. Two month of promises to fix it - we've given up.

ביקרתי בחנות שממוקמת באזור התעשייה שבמודיעין . חנות גדולה מרווחת ומסודרת מאוד . רכשתי גריל גז של scab לפני כשנתיים והופתעתי מקצב הבלאי המואץ של מפזרי הלהבה עד שנאלצתי להחליפם לאחר שנתיים וזה נראה לי מהיר מידי ביחס לגרילים אחרים שהיו ברשותי . השרות והיחס של הנציג במקום היה אדיב ושרותי והמחיר ששילמתי עבור מפזרי הלהבה היה ממש הוגן .

רכשנו שולחן למרפסת. לאחר יום עסקים נקבע מולנו מועד לאספקת השולחן. המשלוח הגיע, קצת לאחר המועד שנקבע אבל בתיאום טלפוני, המוצר היה ארוז היטב ומוגן. לצערי, יש מספר דפקטים של צבע ופגיעות ראו תמונות... אמנם זניח, אך מפריע לקבל מוצר סוג ב.....כששילמת על סוג א.... מעדכן: אז הוצעה לי החלפה של השולחן והכסא הדפוקים או פיצוי - 2 כסאות נוספים...בחרתי בפיצוי כי המכות באמת קטנות. רצה הגורל ושוב זכיתי בכסאות "דפוקים". שוב פניתי אליהם וקבעו לי בפעם נוספת להביא כסאות - תקינים! וכך גם היה. עמדו בזמנים וקבלתי מוצר מושלם. לבסוף. השירות לאורך כל הדרך היה מצוין, גם טלפונית וגם מול השליח. בגלל שעמדו מאחורי המוצרים שלהם אמשיך לקנות שם!
