Do not honor their subscriptions. After COVID and having a baby I returned only to hear the classes I paid for were no longer valid. I also was insulted by the man (owner) at the counter. I went to an awful sound bath workshop where the teacher banged aggressively on the huge gong for most of the session after only a few minutes of other instruments. Try and imagine this by your head in a small room. After 40 minutes of this I quietly walked out (when everyone was in hammocks closing their eyes and probably their ears haha). I think people were embarrassed to walk out or say anything. I didn’t want to subject myself to it anymore. I tried but he didn’t stop and move on to something more gentle. Wow just wow. It was bad and I am not a person affected by loud noises. THE BAD PART: The guy at the desk proceeded to insult me on my way out, when I very quietly said it just wasn’t for me and causing me a headache so I wanted to leave... he said it “must be something internally wrong with me”. That is not what you say to a customer. You say I’m sorry you felt that way or just keep your mouth closed. Never returning to this “spiritual oasis”. They can keep my money. Really bad experience.
