this is the place for those who search a top-notch service.. The guys here are ones who know everything about their job and, moreover, they are quick and smart. I grew to love their way of treating customers: every single time they come back to you if the line was busy or if you asked them to find out someting for you... If you look for some rare unit, component or whatever it is for your laptop or gadget or things like than, you can go here I think..... and the choice here is just simply splendid! love you guys!..
Not as great as they make of themselves. They don't have a website where you can build a computer choosing your hardware or check for a price of a product, you have to call them and ask if the part you're looking for is in stock or not. In the store itself (and on the phone) there is only ONE person who is responsible for the selling of personal computers and only one person who's responsible for laptops, so if you want to check if some part is in stock (and its price), you have to wait until that one person (named Mark) is done with other people and only then will you be able to ask him questions. Even if you are in the store physically, you'll have to wait until Mark is done with other customers (usually he is busy with other people) to ask him a question about a PC part or a built system, prices, etc. In terms of prices, some of their products have competitive prices, and others are very expensive, in any case, always check zap before buying anything so that you won't get ripped off. The only actual positive thing about them is the fact that they sell used computers (for people on a budget), they usually give you half a year warranty for a used computer, which is pretty good because I don't know too many stores that even deal with used parts, let alone give warranty. I wouldn't recommend buying from them, not until they build a normal website where you can check prices and buy parts.
