Bad service, very slow and not kind team... There are better places in the area you should use
Let's face it, automotive inspections are no day at the beach. Some of what ails this station are probably out of there hands. To wit: Lines. The network of licensed stations needs more capacity. That said, I felt like the staff was making a good faith effort to move things along. It would be useful to know when busy and slower times are so that one with a flexible schedule can an accordingly. The other nit: the driver needs to stay behind the wheel during the entire procedure. Maybe clearer instructions on what the driver should be doing (or not doing). Oh, one more thing: cash only? Is that a state policy? So, after all that, must conclude that the staff here is pleasant and even patient with us newbies. Always come come back here and definitely coming back next year.
