First and last time visiting, when I asked to see the quality of the wood, I was told in an inpatient way that "this is the wood they have, it is the best quality you can find and that's it, if you want your money back no problem" So I told that I want my money back and goodbye. I had to wait for about 20 minutes more to get a refund. I wanted to buy a 5 on 10 beams, the beams were crooked and weren't at my satisfaction. Disappointment.

מקום ביתי ונעים, ועם זאת מקצועי, הקרשים נחתכו בגדלים לבקשתי והמחיר שעשו לי היה מעולה! קניתי שם לפני כמה חודשים, ועדיין זוכרה לי החוויה כי היה כול כך טוב. ברור שאם ארצה עוד עצים בהזמנה אישית זה יהיה מכאן. תודה
