I have reviewed a couple of hundred companies over the years, and I must say Partner's customer service was among the worst I ever encountered. Been waiting in queue for over 7 hours, only to be told that I called too late and the relevant help desk got closed during my queue time. And that's after calling them quite a few times over the period of a week regarding the same issue. When asking for the shift manager they just replied \No\. They almost convinced me it's April Fool's.

Friendly staff, got my SIM card for 38 ILS with 30 GIG done in 15 minutes. Hard to find the stand, but it's on the street level in front of one of the enterances.

על פרטנר החברה חברה לא מומלצת מקום רע נציגים לא אמינים ממש נורא לקוחות מגיעים לפרטנר יד אליהו נטרפים משירות לא אמין הנציגים גורמים ללקוחות לכעסים ולכן המקום לדעתי נראה כמו בית משוגעים ממקומי ומחוויתי חייב לומר פרטר חברה לא אמינה אם פניתם לתמיכה אין עם מי לדבר עושים על גבך עסקאות שאתה אפילו לא מודע להם עד החשבון לא להגיע בשום אופן לא להצטרף לחברה אם שלחת הודעה לפניות ציבור או התקשרת ללשכת מנכל כדי שיחזרו אין מצב שחוזרים רושמים הודעה חיפשנו/חזרנו לא היה מענה לא היה ולא נברא לא חיפשו עם זה רשמו הודעה היזהרו תבדקו את חשבונות בפרטנר שלכם על תעשו עיסקאות עם פרטנר יתרה מזו אל תגיעו למרכז שירות במיוחד לא ליד אליהו כדי שלא יאמרו שעשיתם שם עסקה למרות שלא עשיתם
