I am a client. The location is good. The space is nice. The local management work fine. But, the global management have very strange policy: automatic 5% price increase every 6 months (which is crazy), local management cannot help with money, and the helpdesk responds so slowly, and the worst thing: I am chasing them for 3 months now in order to get back the deposit I gave upon starting the contract (which I totally deserve).
