This is a great program. I participated in it in NYC when Eilon taught it here and it was terrific. He's a great trainer and takes into consideration everyone in the class and all of the various levels of performance. He pushes you and challenges you to work harder, do better. He understands the body and knows what works and what doesn't work. You'll have a great workout and a lot of fun and he changes it up so each class different from the one before it. I highly recommend this program and class.
