We study how choice architecture - the manners by which choices, and their environment, are designed – can “nudge” consumers towards better decisions. The lab includes two spaces for conducting experiments: 1. The main lab (for 8 participants at a time), offers high separation and control over each individual participant. Workstations are equipped with MediaLab and DirectRT software, as well as web-based access to Qualtrics surveys. 2.Computer classroom (24 workstations), for running larger scale studies.Workstations include web-based access to Qualtrics surveys, as well as other software such as Z-Tree.
