I came to fix the broken spring in the flip key Pros: 1. The owner was nice 2. The service was fast (10 min) Cons: 1. IMHO it was overpriced. It was 180 nis to fix the spring in the broken flip key 2. The owner for some reason didn't supply the invoice. (Tax issues?)

They gave me a budget of 280 NIS to install a new simple lock on a door. After I approved they raised the price to 400 NIS saying that they made a mistake. It's not honest. I said I could pay 300 NIS and they said no. Besides, don't assume mistakes and honor prices, they are not flexible to negotiate when they make a mistake if it really was a mistake. I asked them to verify if this is the final answer and they never returned back.
