We had a very bad experience with Hardoor Jerusalem The person who has taken our order made a mistake, The office in Tel Aviv was keeping calling us because they did not understand the order and each time we called the person in Jerusalem to ask her to answer them. She pretended that she did., but she did not repair her mistake! Unfortunately when they came for the delivery they realize that it was not right and they return. We have been obliged to wait 7 weeks before they came back. Once again the person in charge of the delivery realized that once again the order was still not right and returned without installing the product We are still waiting to be delivered again but Ardoor \does not know when\ they will come back. Maybe in one month? maybe in two? It is a crazy situation. I have never seen such a bad organization and the customer is treated very badly If you hear the name Hardoor, run away! . .

חוויה מאוד לא טובה אחרי רכישה אצל בטי בסניף ראשון לציון. קיבלנו ארון שונה ממה שהזמנו ובטי מתנערת ומפנה אותנו לפנות לשירות לקוחות. מאוד לא מומלץ. את הארון הבא לא נקנה אצלהם ואנו נערכים להגשת תביעה.

קניתי שני ארונות באפריל 2020 והיום -9 חודשים אחרי אנחנו קוראים להם לתיקון בפעם השנייה והם גוררים אותנו בהגעה. מוצר שללא שום צל של ספק לא שווה את המחיר - אל תעשו טעות ותרכשו מהם!! פשוט אכזבה, כל כך הרבה כסף \זרקנו\ על שני הארונות האלה. שירות נוראי ומוצר עוד יותר!
