The happiest unhappy place in Israel. Even if your pet is 100% healthy, the pleasant, sprawling green areas around the hospital, with countless shaded sitting areas, are worth a visit.

this review refers ONLY to the poor customer responsiveness of the desk staff. I am trying for the last 3 days to schedule an appointment and I find it impossible to reach the appointments desk. Either this hospital is an Emergency room - ER service only and should be declared as such or they should have someone answering their phone calls or at least leaving a possibility to leave a message. A message cannot be left since they do not tend to it and it is clogged with previous messages.

Brought my dog in for swallowing a peach stone which got stuck in his stomach and made him bleed internally. The staff was very professional and kind, they put him in icu for tests and radiology, and took lots of blood tests. Two days later I took him home and he is fine. My wife and I are very happy with the hospital's treatment for the dog and the kindness of the staff.
